Bill uses core style training to help his clients achieve more body control of their backs and midsections. Bill is experienced in other areas of fitness such as sports specific training, power lifting, self-defense, weight-loss, nutritional counseling, ballroom/theatrical dancing.
BRAD KAMMERER:
As a personal trainer, Brad specializes in nutrition counseling and customizing training programs. Brad has been a personal trainer for 4 years now and is certified by the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). He also adheres to a great fitness philosophy and routine himself. Brad has been weight training consistently for the past 8 years. He believes that fitness is not just a short-term goal but a way of life. Since working at The Bodyworx, Brad has been 100% successful in helping clients achieve their personal goals and hopes to have continued success. With clients cooperation and determination and Brad's great motivational skills, the sky is truly the limit!
