BILL MITCHELL, OWNER:
What Bill offers as a certified personal trainer and dance trainer is a rigorous workout that combines weight and strength training with functional movement techniques. Bill uses core style training to help his clients achieve more body control of their backs and midsections. Bill is experienced in other areas of fitness such as sports specific training, power lifting, self-defense, weight-loss, nutritional counseling, ballroom/theatrical dancing.
BRAD KAMMERER, TRAINER:
As a personal trainer, Brad specializes in nutrition counseling and customizing training programs. Brad has been a personal trainer for
5 years now and is certified by the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). He also adheres to a great fitness philosophy and routine himself. Brad has been weight training consistently for the past 8 years. He believes that fitness is not just a short-term goal but a way of life. Since working at The Bodyworx, Brad has been 100% successful in helping clients achieve their personal goals and hopes to have continued success. With clients cooperation and determination and Brad's great motivational skills, the sky is truly the limit!
MICHELLE PAXTON, TRAINER:
As a certified personal trainer for
over ten years, Michele has spent the last few years of her training
career focused on both men’s and women’s advanced athletic training
and sports specific training and nutrition. Michele’s focal point
of training revolves around both in season and off season training
for the athlete; every program is tailored specifically for that
individual based on what his or her needs & goals are as well as
customized to the needs of the specific sport. Additionally,
Michele continues to regularly train clients on a one-on-one basis
and is in the process of obtaining her National Certification and
CSCS through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. (NSCA.org)
NICOLE EDLING, TRAINER:
Nicole has spent the past 4 years personal training while
completing her Masters Degree in Athletic Training. Throughout the
years, she has worked with clients helping them transform their
lifestyles and tweaking exercise and nutrition programs to
constantly keep her client’s body guessing. She also has spent time
working with athletes and focusing on speed and agility, strength
and conditioning, core and flexibility training. With her Athletic
Training degree, Nicole is able to progress clients through
different types of injuries such as rotator cuff tendonitis,
sore/weak back, or general muscle imbalances. She believes once a
person is free of pain and imbalances, the transformation is
limitless.
