Testimonials: I couldn't be any happier… I've been working out at The Bodyworx since February 2011. I started with their boot camp classes, and in May of this year I added personal training. In the 8 months I've been there, I have lost 38 pounds, 3 dress sizes, countless inches, and I've gained a whole new level of confidence! The boot camp classes with Kristen are amazing, and a great way to get my cardio in while also having a great time! I love the small class size, it's big enough to get the camaraderie from other people but small enough to get the individual attention you need. When I started training with Mark one on one, the changes in my body kept on coming, and fast! His workouts are challenging and effective. Whenever I feel like I can't do something, he pushes me and reminds me that I CAN do it, he really pushes me to my limit and I'm always impressed every week by what I can do. The workouts are always different, never boring, and his ability to sculpt the entire body in one hour is awesome! Bill and the other trainers are all fantastic, too, they really care about their clients and it shows. The Bodyworx has changed my whole life this year, physically and mentally. Bill is great! I've been training with Bill for 4 months, and he has helped
to change my entire attitude toward exercise and a healthy lifestyle. He has
an extensive background in personal training, dance and athletics that allow
him to create personalized workout routines for each client. The workouts
are fun and different all of the time. He makes you feel at ease and
comfortable in the gym. Bill also provides the nutritional information,
guidance and support that is so important to being healthy and losing
weight. He is encouraging and supportive every step of the way.

Why Train at The
Bodyworx Personal Training Studio…
I started training at The Bodyworx with Bill in July 2008. In 5 months I
lost 38 pounds and more inches than I could add up. I did this by training 2
hours per week with Bill and by following the Bodyworx Nutrition Plan. This
nutrition plan is definitely the key to my success. Bill's workouts were
just what I needed to jump start a healthier lifestyle. They were never
boring always something new and different. Bill has a dancer’s background
and I love that my muscles are long and lean like a dancer. He challenged me
to the best of my ability respecting my limitations. I am smaller now than
when I lost 50 pounds on Weight Watchers, yet I weigh 10 pounds more! I can do more without getting tired now so I have added a third day to my training and I enjoy the boot camp classes for extra cardio . I look
forward to working out with all of the trainers. I have lost a total of 6 clothing sizes. It's been three years since I started on this journey and I am
maintaining my weight with great success!

Excellent Personal
Training at The Bodyworx…
I've been training with Bill at The Bodyworx since November 2008. He has
completely reshaped by body. Bill keeps me motivated and challenged by
continuously changing the workouts. I was having trouble losing weight after
having two kids, but now I am in the best shape of my life, and thinner than
I was at my wedding. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and will create a
program for your individual goals and fitness level. He's the best personal
trainer I have worked with and I look forward to each fun, yet challenging
workout.
